You are correct, with one caveat: Physical and Ward (and probably also Magic) saves are capped to 90% in vanilla. So if your total missile + fire + magic + phys + ward (well obviously magic/phys cannot both apply to one attack) save is above 90% it caps to 90%, but only if you actually have magic/phys/ward, the cap seems to not apply to missile/fire.
